***INTERIM Clinical Manager Emergency Services

POSITION DETAILS:

 

• Responsible for the Clinical Management of the Emergency Services within a 200+ acute care facility located in Northern California

• Position reports to the Director of Emergency Services.

• Key focus on elevating standards of practice and achieving improvements in clinical outcomes.

• The successful candidate will be a seasoned nurse leader who has demonstrated leadership skills in decision making, process improvement, problem solving, coaching to performance expectations, investigations, staffing to acuity/volume metrics, achieving measurable improvements in patient experience, patient flow/throughput, staff engagement, and improving physician relations. 

• This nurse leader will partner with the Emergency Services Director and other leaders to ensure cohesive department communication and ensure clinical excellence while fostering a patient-centered care environment.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in Emergency Services required

• 3+ years’ experience in leadership role required

• Bachelor’s Degree Nursing required

• Master’s degree (MSN/MBA/MHA) preferred

 

License, Certification, & Training:

• Active unrestricted license as RN in California required

• BCLS-Basic Cardiac Life Support, required

• ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support, required

• PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support, preferred

• TNCC-Trauma Nurse Certification, preferred

• CEN-Certified Emergency Nursing, preferred

 

Additional Details:

• Available to begin an interim role within 2 - 3 weeks

• Duration of the assignment is a minimum of 90 days.
