​​For profit 150+ bed hospital with awesome “C- Suite” leadership team. Financially solvent, well-run hospital, caring and supportive leadership team.  Well supported by national hospital system.

 

• Scope

  • 10 FTE’s

  • Certification in Case Management preferred

  • RN required

• Key Performance Objectives Year 1

  • Staffing & operations of the department

  • Reduce Length of Stay

  • Reduce Re-admission

  • Build effective Physician relationships. 

• Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • BSN required. Master’s preferred.

  • Someone who steps in to help demonstrate productivity.

• Additional information

  • Competitive Salary up to 130k

  • Relocation plus incentive bonus eligible(10%)
